For those readers stateside the thought of a non-24/7 economy may seem odd, but as always on slowly encroaches on mainland Europe from the North Sea Coast so does the 24/7 stress. Not digital always-on stress, apparatus have an off button, but the physical how to coordinate our free time. Its almost an affront and definitely a disruption to carefully made plans if a store isn’t open on Sunday. How could they? Suddenly you have to get from a to b and back through c on your day off?
